How to redeem/ purchase with SoulPoints?
SoulPoints (SP) are the currency for our Ecosystem. When you Interact with the products you earn SoulPoints. These SoulPoints can be redeemed to purchase Products/ Services at Shop@Soulsara, you will get the option to redeem SP during checkout for the products redeemable under SoulPoints. You can cash out these SP every Three months.

I want to track my order
To track your order click on the Menu tab and then on the Track Order tab, it will take you to all the orders under process. You can select the desired order to display the Order Tracking Report.
I want help with returns, replacements & refunds
Don’t Worry , We have you covered .
For returns/replacements please go to the Past Orders and Select the order which you want to return or replace and select the Place replace or refund request. Then just fill in the details of the reason for replacement/return. Select the option of replacement/return and submit the request. The request is confirmed and the details are shared to your registered email id.
I want to manage my order
To manage past order please select ‘Past Orders’ from the Menu. This gives you options to track orders under process orders on "Track Orders". You can request cancellation, replace & refund requests from the menu options.
